I am extremely late to the party. My friend showed me them around the release of "Volcano" and somehow I had never even heard of them before. When this one was released, that same friend told me that this was a bit more poppy and mainstream, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect, since that doesn't necessarily mean it's bad to me. I am happily satisfied though. It sounds exactly as the name illustrates. It's like a ray of sunshine in a half hour of music. I enjoyed it pretty well front to back and I'm not too sure what my friend meant by it being more poppy or mainstream. I did notice that the guy singer is vacant from most of the vocals throughout this which I do enjoy him on some of other stray songs I've heard by them so I thought this was a bit of a let down. The vocal layering with the woman vocalist is expertly crafted though so it's not like she was bad or anything. The lyrics were also a bit generic at times which I think also could come across as poppy or mainstream but overall the vibe was right. "Move Like You Do", "Carry On", and "Romeo II" were the highlights for me and nothing on here is really a lowlight per-say, just not as attention grabbing at some of the other songs.
